My expertise lies in designing personalized exercise programs for a diverse patient base, ranging from adolescents to geriatric populations.

Having worked extensively with NDIS participants, I focus on empowering individuals to improve their functional mobility by delivering therapy wherever it is most effective—whether that is through strength work in a gym, functional rehabilitation in the home, or creative, movement-based sessions at local parks and playgrounds.
