All our services are charged at the NDIS gazetted rates which can be found here.

For most allied health professionals, the therapy rate is $193.99 per hour. The travel rate is 50% of the therapy rate.

We charge for the following aspects of our therapist’s service:

• Face-to-face or telehealth therapy supports
• Non face-to-face supports including research time, collaboration with other members of the care team, phone assessment, therapy plan development, clinical documentation after an appointment, and report-writing
• Travel time, within the NIDS Pricing Arrangements guidelines. Within metropolitan Melbourne, this means that your practitioner will charge up to 30 minutes of their time to and from your appointment. In regional areas, this can be up to up to 60 minutes to and from your appointment. If your practitioner is visiting other participants on the day they see you, they will split the cost of travel between the number of participants. This means that our travel costs are variable and we cannot quote exact travel costs.
• Non-labour travel costs, as outlined in the NIDS Pricing Arrangements. This includes charges for kilometres travelled by your practitioner, and may include toll roads or parking charges.

HOWEVER, through our flexible mobile service model, we are sometimes able to offer introductory rates for new participants. This allows you to begin receiving the support you need while making the most of your NDIS funding.

No matter the rate, our commitment to quality remains unchanged. Every service is delivered with the same level of professionalism, care, and dedication to achieving meaningful outcomes.

For short-notice cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment, we charge according to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. This means we charge for the allocated appointment time, as well as the travel time allocated to/from the booked appointment.

This is because the practitioner has reserved that time, and finding alternative work at short notice is often not feasible. As outlined in the NDIS pricing arrangements, late-cancellation fees can be charged if "the provider was not able to find alternative billable work for the relevant worker and, if not a sole trader/partnership, are required to pay the worker for the time that would have been spent providing the support."

Please note that in case of a short-notice cancellation, kilometres and non-labour travel costs such as toll road fees are only charged if these costs have been incurred. This means that if no travel took place, no distance charges or tolls would apply.

Report charges vary according to the type of report and complexity of the case. In general, we require the following allocations of funding for the below report types:
