Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q. What are your service rates?

All our services are billed in line with NDIS gazetted rates, available for viewing here.

Our physiotherapy rate is $183.99/hr, while most other allied health services are charged at the standard rate of $193.99/hr. Travel rates are set at 50% of the relevant therapy rate.

We charge for the following components of our therapists’ service delivery:

    • Face-to-face and telehealth therapy supports.
    • Non face-to-face supports, such as case research, collaboration with other care team members, telephone-based assessments, therapy plan formulation, post-appointment clinical documentation, and report writing.
    • Travel time is charged in line with NDIS Pricing Arrangements Guidelines. In metro areas, up to 30 minutes each way; in regional areas, up to 60 minutes each way. Costs are shared if your therapist sees multiple clients in one trip, so travel fees may vary.
    • Non-labour travel expenses, as specified in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. This includes kilometre-based travel charges, and may also cover tolls and parking fees.

However, through our flexible mobile service model, we may occasionally offer introductory rates for new participants. This enables you to access the support you require while maximising the value of your NDIS funding.

Regardless of the applicable rate, our commitment to high-quality care remains consistent.

  • Q. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged in line with NDIS Pricing Arrangements, including the full scheduled session time and allocated travel time.

This applies as the practitioner has set aside dedicated time, and securing alternative billable work at short notice is hardly possible, consistent with NDIS guidelines. However, we will do our best to make your cancellation cost lower.

Kilometre and non-labour travel costs (such as tolls) will only be charged if already incurred; no such fees apply if travel did not occur.

  • Q. How much does a report cost?

Report charges vary according to the type of report and complexity of the case. In general, we require the following allocations of funding for the below report types:
